Ride up the chair lift to your picturesque mountain wedding celebration at the Lost Boys Cafe. The Fernie Alpine Resort provides the majestic backdrop to your unique mountain wedding. This wedding package is ideal for wedding parties of 25 up to 100.

The views will take your breath away at Lost Boys Cafe, at the world famous Fernie Alpine Resort. Located at the top of the Timber Express Quad Chair, the Lost Boys Cafe provides a beautiful setting for your wedding celebration. Outside, the wraparound deck showcases spectacular views of the White Pass, Elk Valley and the town of Fernie.

The 1080 square foot building is an alpine-themed timber and stone structure. Many of the timber logs used in construction have come from the run grooming and glading projects at Fernie Alpine Resort. The cafe's interior seats 60 people inside, with additional seating on the picturesque deck outside.

The Lost Boys Cafe is named after the pass of the same name that sits outside of the current ski area boundary above Siberia Bowl. It was originally named after a couple of young local boys who went backcountry touring through the Pass and were lost and subsequently rescued miles away on the other side of the range. Many hikers and backcountry skiers have followed in their footsteps, sure they could find their way back to the boundaries of the Resort before nightfall, but each year the ski patrol responds to missing backcountry skiers and riders that have been drawn into the trap of Lost Boys Pass and spent a night in the cold.

Wedding Planning; We Connect wedding planning specialists are at your service to assist you with making this a magical celebration for you and your guests. You make the decisions and we take care of the details, making your day stress free and the most joyful day of your life.

Caterer; A full catered meal will delight the taste buds of your guests. You will work through building a menu with our professional caterer to design a meal that suites you and your guests. Hors d'Oeuvres and punch will be provided for your guests after the ceremony and while you are getting pictures taken. A chocolate fountain and fresh fruit will be served in the evening. Alcohol is not included in the package, and arrangements can be made for your preferences of wine during the meal, an open bar or any other arrangements you would like to ensure your guests have a great time.

Flowers & Decorations; All flowers including brides bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, groom boutonniere, best man's boutonniere, signing table arrangement, and centrepiece flowers. You decide what flowers you want, consult with We Connect decorating specialists for tips and we order and ensure your flowers are just as you dreamed. All tables, chairs, linens, chair covers, and decorations to make your day absolutely beautiful are provided.

Marriage Licence and Marriage Commissioner; We assist you in getting your Marriage Licence and all the legal paper work in order before the big celebration. An experienced Marriage Commissioner will be provided to carry out your wedding service. All registration of documents will be handled by your Commissioner. You will receive a Certificate of Marriage immediately and the official certificate will follow in the mail.

Photographer; A professional wedding photographer will take photographs of your magical day. Pictures of your wedding party and guests will be included at the ceremony locations. All images will be supplied on CD for you to share with your friends and family.

String Trio & DJ; A string trio will play at your ceremony, during the cocktail hour and provide a beautiful atmosphere for your dinner. This adds elegance and a personal touch to your celebrations that will be remembered by your guests for many years to come. A DJ and full sound system will be provided to heat up the night and get your guests up and dancing.

Wedding cake; A delicious hand-made wedding cake will be remembered by your guests as not only beautiful, but absolutely mouth watering.

Hair; You and your wedding party will be booked into a professional hair salon for that perfect hair style you have dreamed about that will make your groom get tears in his eyes as you walk down the aisle.

Kids entertainment; Your wedding will be an awesome memory for your little guests also. A kids area will be setup with fun activities to keep them laughing and a movie room to entertain them when the adults are enjoying the dance floor.
