On your wedding morning, while you are getting your hair and makeup perfected, we are picking up and deliverying flowers, finalizing decorations, and making sure the marriage commissioner, cake decorator and DJ are on schedule. Kick up your heels on the dance floor while we get your night bag to your honeymoon suite - without the bestman getting a chance to play some tricks. We worry about those details so you, your parents and your maid of honor can relax and enjoy every moment .... without all the stress.

The "Decor and Details" package is for the bridal couple who want to design and plan the details of their own wedding and want a stressfree implementation of those plans. We Connect wedding specialists will ensure that your wedding plans are executed with utmost attention to detail to make it a joyful and magical day in your life. We take care of the decorations and details you have spent months planning so you can enjoy the day to the fullest.

This package includes:

Initial consultation (free)

Two hour decoration consultation

Decorating and Rehearsal (up to 6 hours)

Wedding Day Coordination (up to 8 hours)

• Placement of the guest book, program and altar items
• Ensure all bouquets and boutonnieres are distributed
• Line up of the wedding party
• Coordinate with florist that all flowers arrive on time
• Provide a bridal emergency kit
• Supervise vendor arrival times, set up and ensure your requests are met
• Ensure decor, guest tables, chairs, linens, centrepieces, seating plan, place card table, place settings, gift table, and cake table are setup and decorated as you have planned
• Cue the master of ceremonies (MC) or DJ to ensure your reception flows smoothly
• Assist MC with keeping on schedule (announcement of your arrival, grace, toasts, first dance, father / daughter dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss)
• Prepare photographer and videographer for upcoming special moments
• Assist you and your family with any details that may arise
