Private Lodge Wedding
Host your wedding in an intimate setting of this private Fernie Lodge. To comfortably host your reception, we recommend a maximum of 80 guests for sit down dinner and 110 for mix and mingle style wedding. A couple huge advantages to this Lodge; up to 30 guests can stay on site and you can bring your own alcohol. Save you and your guests big $$$$! We Connect will help you with getting the liquor license you require and will hire bartenders for you.
The Lodge is located directly opposite Fernie Ski Resort and under a mile from the town of Fernie. With over 10,000 sq/ft of guest accommodation and located in a secluded woodland setting, the Lodge is an ideal private retreat.
Outdoor ceremony's are very popular these days and the Lodge has recently added a lawn area in the front. Chairs are not provided, however We Connect can help you rent them from one of the local rental companies. Should the weather man decide not to cooperate on your wedding day the upper room is a beautiful spot for the ceremony. I know, we call picture our wedding days to get perfect sunny days that are not hot, rainy or windy .. but sometime mother earth changes our plans. There are also a number of private garden locations available in Fernie if the Lodge lawn is not quite what you are looking for.
The Lodge's vast central hallway and the roof-top platform's spectacular views make for a truly memorable wedding. Nothing can compare to the scenary from the roof-top platform as a backdrop for your wedding photographs - the gorgeous mountains around Fernie is your backdrop!
With the ability to accommodate 30 people on-site, the bridal party and close family can stay onsite and make your Fernie wedding a holiday.
